Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Return Request Period: Within 7 days of delivery
- Item Condition: Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- Eligible Products: Most items are returnable unless marked “Non-returnable” (e.g., personal care, perishables, customized items)
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page
- Used, damaged, or altered items not due to our error
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product photos showing the issue
We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or refund based on your preference.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to self-ship (for select pin codes).Product Inspection:
After we receive the item, it will be inspected. If it passes, the refund process begins.
